The factory spans approximately 30,000 square meters and is divided into distinct production areas, including die-casting, metalworking, automatic coating, SMT, and assembly workshops. 1. Die-Casting Workshop
Our die-casting workshop is equipped with 500-ton and 300-ton die-casting machines, ideal for producing high-precision aluminum and copper parts with strict appearance and dimensional requirements. The die-casting process is precise and efficient, allowing for complex, intricate parts to be formed in one go, significantly reducing the need for secondary processing.
2. Metalworking Workshop
In the metalworking workshop, we have 22 drilling machines and 9 stamping presses. Our skilled workers ensure precision machining of each part. The use of CNC drilling machines enhances hole position accuracy and production efficiency. Finished parts move directly to the next stage, minimizing outsourcing and saving time and costs.
3. Powder Workshop
The Powder workshop has 4 semi-automated powder coating lines, all operating in fully enclosed environments to ensure efficiency and environmental safety. Parts made from different materials are processed on dedicated production lines, with consistent coating quality and color that fully meet custom requirements.
4. SMT Workshop
Our SMT workshop is equipped with 24-hour automatic pick-and-place lines, ensuring high production efficiency for handling large volumes of PCBs. During peak shipping seasons, we can meet urgent orders from clients producing smart lighting and electronic modules.
5. Plastic Injection Workshop (Under Construction)
A new plastic injection molding workshop is under construction and will be operational in the second half of the year. It will support the production of various plastic components such as mouse casings, drill housings, and fitness equipment parts, reducing delays and quality risks associated with outsourcing.
6. LED Drivers Workshop
LED Drivers manufacturing is another key project we’re working on. In the future, we aim to offer a full production cycle for lighting products, handling everything from structural parts and PCBs to power supplies and final assembly within the factory, which will enhance both production efficiency and product consistency.
